Limited LED Product Warranty

We warrant to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, its delivered products should be free from defects in the material and workmanship for up to three years from date of shipment.
We will repair, or at our option, replace the defective product during the standard warranty period. This warranty applies only to the repair or replacement of the product and only when the product is properly handled, installed and maintained according to our instructions.

This warranty excludes defects resulting from improper installation, acts of God, fire, vandalism or civil disturbances. Purchaser must notify us in writing within 60 days of noticing the defect. This warranty excludes field labor or service charges related to the repair or replacement of the product. We reserve the right to change the warranty period without prior notice and without incurring obligation and expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty.

Limited LED Warranty

We warranty to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, its supplied LEDs for three years from date of shipment. Your LED will repair, or at our option, replace the defective fixture during the stated warranty period should there be greater than three simultaneous LED failures per fixture.

"Failure" is considered a non-operating LED. This warranty excludes field labor or service charges related to the repair or replacement of the product. We reserve the right to change the warranty period without prior notice and without incurring obligation and expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty.

Limited Power Supply Warranty

We warranty to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, its supplied power supply for two years from date of shipment. Your LED will repair, or at our option, replace the defective power supply during the stated warranty period and only when the product is properly handled, installed and maintained according to our instructions.

This warranty excludes defects resulting from improper installation, acts of God, fire, vandalism or civil disturbances. Purchaser must notify us in writing within 60 days of noticing the defect. All trademarks, service marks and trade names of Your LED Solutions, Inc. used in the site are trademarks or registered trademarks of Your LED Solutions, Inc.  Any trademarks, service marks, or copyrights used and marked as such in the content of this site are the property of their respective owners.

Order Process Information and Requirement

Shipment normally ships out the next business day after receiving your order (excluding holidays). Your LED Solutions may contact you regarding the order you have placed. If, for any reason, you cannot be reached, your order will be put on hold. Your LED Solutions does not hold any delaying responsibilities for any on hold orders for which they might cost any additional responsibilities. It is customer’s responsibility to make sure their information have been input clearly and correctly. We, however, will issue an email upon receiving your order regarding the information you have input. You may contact us (YourLEDSolutions.com) during Ohio normal business hours or 24 hours at our email address.

On Hold Status

On hold status defines as orders that cannot be processed due to an error. We might hold your order for the following reasons: Credit card information cannot be verified. Billing information and/or shipping information cannot be matched. Credit Card has rejected your order due to human or mechanical error. Receiver does not match credit card record as authorized user. In order to prevent any delay of shipments, please make sure you have correctly input your billing information. If it is needed, in addition, please your bank regarding your shipping address. Further more, if it is need, please feel free to call us at 1-805-587-2606 to verify your information so that your order will be guaranteed ship out within the next 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we are unable to be verify or process. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Your LED Solutions, Inc. does not hold any responsibility for any lost of shipment due to shipping carriers mistakes or wrongdoings. In addition, however, Your LED Solutions will issue a second shipment under special condition after 15 days after UPS claim package lost. Under any CIRCUMSTANCES, Your LED Solutions, Inc. liability limits to assist package locating, and to provide second shipment upon condition approval. Shipping Methods

YourLEDSolutions.com offers UPS, U.S. Postal Service or other shipping method at our discretion. We do not ship to APO, FPO or USS Ship UPS DOES NOT SHIP HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. WE ARE NOT OPEN WEEKENDS.

All cleared* orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Due to uncontrollable variables, the delay of the availability of an item is sometime inevitable. In cases when you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you via telephone or email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment. When you have confirmed with us your decision to wait for the shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically when it becomes available. Free shipping items may take up to 7-12 business days for delivery.

Next Day Air Saver---All cleared* orders placed before 12:00 noon EST of a business day will be processed within 24 hours. NOTE: Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alt any information and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier.

Second Day Air--- When you’ve placed your order before 12:00 noon EST of a business day, you can expect your package to arrive two days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday and in-stock) after the day you paced your order.

3 Day Select--- When you’ve placed your order before 12:00 noon EST of a business day, you can expect your package to arrive three days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday and in-stock) after the day you paced your order.

NOTE: Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alt any information of the order and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable. All orders less than four pounds and with total value under $150.00 USD may be shipped by USPS services. (First Class: packaged are usually delivered within 7-9 to any destination; Priority Mail: packaged are usually delivered within 2-5 days to any destination).

* A cleared order is define as an order that is available, without questions, for shipping. Components include, but not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s).

Cancellation of Orders

All orders that have been processed (Charged or Billed) CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstances. Most of our orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please call us as soon as possible.

Price Changes

YourLEDSolutions.com, and Your LED Solutions, Inc. reserve the right to change any price at anytime. All pricing errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Typographical Errors Your LED Solutions, Inc. (YourLEDSolutions.com) is not responsible for typographical errors, price differences, or coupon codes validity posted by forums, or any 3rd party affiliates.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please call 1-877-641-2606 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 3 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Your LED Solutions will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the Your LED Solutions warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration. Your LED Solutions will assess a 25% restocking fee on any opened hardware or accessory returned in non-saleable condition. Your LED Solutions may ask you to provide a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) so Your LED Solutions can assess the 25% restocking fee.

Cut Rope Light and Linear Lighting Products

All linear lighting products that we sell cut or modified from the original roll or spool are absolutely non-returnable.  Please be sure when you order your custom length of product that you have measured twice and entered the appropriate selection on your order.  If you have ordered too small a quantity, please call us for direction on a possible remedy (i.e.- You may have an option of 'splicing' an additional length of product to increase it's length).

Limitation of Liability

Your LED Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Your LED Solutions, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Your LED Solutions, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Your LED Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Your LED Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Your LED Solutions, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Terms Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Your LED Solutions, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason.
